Though I neither a genius nor a highly educated man, with my vast and deep experiance ,i would like to share my views on the topic mentioned above. If my thoughts are useful to create awareness to few of our indians, i wiil be very happy,certainly they are. Because a highly professional ,well educated,well administrator may give good guidelines for the improvement and advancement of education in india, but they should be based on practical problems and thoughts of common man,which i would like to share.
